My garage door was getting stuck going up and down. I called to have someone come out and look at it. Tom came out and tested the door and it seemed to be fine but he did notice that some of the wires were frayed. He replaced the frayed wires and tested the door again. He found nothing wrong with the door but did leave me pamphlets on a new garage door opener. He also explained that some of our wireless devices could be causing a problem with the door signal. He is very knowledgeable and did not want to replace our opener for no reason. Thanks Tom!!

At All times the technicians have been great,professioal,and thorough. the last visit the gentleman worked on the problem for a long time but unfortunately did not remedy it. i am going to wat for a while to see if there are further changes before calling him back.

The company was recommended to me and I was very surprised they could fix my door on a Saturday, which was the day after it broke. It was good service with a very respectable and personable technician. The price was higher than I expected but with hearing other friends needing repairs every 3-4 years, my cost will be $0.00 since I got the life time warranty. So I think and hope it is worth it. Good job !

I had Precision out to replace springs, coils, and rollers on ancient but sturdily built garage door. Went with the overhaul and was very pleased with the work. Justin was the guy they sent out, very personable and explained the whole process in complete detail. The job was done in a few hours, very efficiently! The door moves so smoothly and nary a sound. And the price I have no complaints considering the time spent a job well done! Thanks guys,, and as far as Justin, give that boy a raise!

My first contact with Precision was Labor Day week-end when my commercial garage door would not close. They came within one hour and fixed that problem at a very reasonable rate. Recently they replaced the entire operating system with 14 remotes and did a great job. Everyone at the company is a professional and they are wonderful to work with. I would recommend them highly.
