Hi Dan, I was very pleased with Jim Todd as my tech. It's great that you have their pictures posted. I found you in the yellow pages. What caught my eye was repair of springs and cables. Your front desk person was able to have Jim come out that very day. He assessed the door, gave me the costs and went to work. I am very impressed with everything Jim managed to do. You are blessed to have someone of his integrity representing PDS. I have a happy door now and I will certainly give your company referrals.

I'm new to the area and had never heard of this garage door company before. I picked them out of the Yellow Book because of a coupon for a discount on the service call. Wow, did I luck out. Chris arrived right on time, worked like a speed-demon to complete the job in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional. He was efficient in keeping my garage clean. Best of all, he didn't charge me extra for watching and talking to him while he worked. I have a first rate new spring system with a transferable warranty and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Hey Dan, Jim and, I think, Brian, worked well together. They answered all my questions and worked quite efficiently. I was reluctant to invest another $769 this month due to other heavy bills, but you do what you have to do. Apparently the guide wires broke on the right side of the spring loaded garage support and the other side wires were frayed. The new system is smooth and works like a charm. I like the Precision guarantee and 'hope we don't have to do any business' in the future--ha! ha! Anyway, thanks and it was a pleasure doing business with you folks. Dick Baron

Our garage door was stuck. Precision sent out Bill Jack, in 90 degree heat on a Saturday. Bill is first rate, did a wonderful job, which included figuring out how to get the door open in the first place in order to fix the jam. He brought everything up to speed and we are 100% delighted.
