Garage door opertion was erratic and would not open or close smoothly. Called Friday afternoon and they scheduled for Saturday morning and sent email with picture of service tech they were sending. he arrived on time and replaced the main unit controller and new remote controls and adjusted it so operated very smoothly with out jerkiness. Very good work and pleased with the service.

Chris was my installer and he was excellent. He did the job right the first time. I was very pleased with the professional way that he sold the new garage door opener to me....explained what was wrong with the old one and gave me positive info why I should purchase a new opener and not fix the old opener. I am very pleased with the new opener....can't even hear when it goes up or down.

Chris arrived right on time, worked like a speed-demon to complete the job in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional. He was efficient in keeping my garage clean. Best of all, he didn't charge me extra for watching and talking to him while he worked. I have a first rate new spring system with a transferable warranty and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision Door.
