I contacted Precision because one of my garage door springs and cables broke. I knew that I would need to have both springs and cables replaced. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages and noticed they have certified technicians and 24 hour emergency repair; plus they are a BBB Accredited Business. Chris Short the Certified Technician was ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier than expected (always a plus). In a short amount of time Chris was able to replace all the parts and have the garage door operating. The best part was Precision stands behind their Certified Technicians and parts with a Life Time Warranty.

MICHAEL WAS A GREAT INSTALLER AND EXPLAINED THE DOORS OPERATION WELL. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THE TOP PANEL, AS THERE IS AN IMBALANCE BETWEEN THE SIZE OF THAT PANEL AND PANEL BELOW.

They are available nights and weekends and do quality work. Tim arrived on time and performed a 25 point safety check and general maintenance on my garage door. Our technician was from Ohio, I think. He was excellent! Extremely informative, polite, and and got the job done perfectly. I also asked him about installing a lock on the outside of one of our garage doors for the times the electricity would go off. He was so generous with his knowledge and so helpful in showing me how to unlock the garage door. I was very happy that it turned out that he worked on our garage remote and door problems and I would be very pleased by his servicing our garage doors again and I would highly recommend him.
