I contacted Precision because one of my garage door springs and cables broke. I knew that I would need to have both springs and cables replaced. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages and noticed they have certified technicians and 24 hour emergency repair; plus they are a BBB Accredited Business. Chris Short the Certified Technician was ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier than expected (always a plus). In a short amount of time Chris was able to replace all the parts and have the garage door operating. The best part was Precision stands behind their Certified Technicians and parts with a Life Time Warranty.

MICHAEL WAS A GREAT INSTALLER AND EXPLAINED THE DOORS OPERATION WELL. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THE TOP PANEL, AS THERE IS AN IMBALANCE BETWEEN THE SIZE OF THAT PANEL AND PANEL BELOW.
WE ASSURE YOU THAT THE DIFFERENCE IN PANEL SIZES ARE DUE TO THE OPENING SIZE AND WHAT PROPER DOOR SIZE USED TO ACQUIRE AN ACCURATE FIT.

They are available nights and weekends and do quality work. Tim arrived on time and performed a 25 point safety check and general maintenance on my garage door.
