I’ve only had to call Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh a few times over the years because of the quality of the garage doors and equipment they sell and install, but when I do, there service is exceptional. Any of their technicians that come are very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I wouldn’t even consider calling another garage door company other than Precision. They fix things right on the first service call.

I was thrilled with this company's service. I got an appointment the same day I called. My technician, Brian, arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, outlined the repair (including total cost, up front), and was able to repair my old garage door right away. The service cost was such a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Even through I only needed a garage opener they still inspected my garage door to make sure everything was up to par. They also oiled all they hinges with out me asking. When they say same day service they mean it. If i could give them more than 5 stars I would. So if you any thing and I mean anything done to your garage doors call PRECISION

Tech called as company promised before heading my way. Actually called/came earlier from previous job. Lucky as part I needed was not stocked on his truck for my old opener but he was able to locate one at HO and made round trip/install within my appointment time window. Very courteous.

Chose Precision for response time. The company texts the customer a picture and name of the technician who will be performing the work. The technician arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Ms Cori Merkel was informative and competent. She gave 3 quotes on the possible levels of work and worked quickly installing new cables and springs.

The service was very good and thorough. Everything was explained and shown to me. The technician replaced hardware including cables and springs. The door did not need to be replaced.

I was having trouble with my garage door going down. Nothing was blocking it. I mentioned it to a friend & she recommended Precision. Couldn't have been give a better recommendation. They were very professional on the phone & the gentleman who came was the same. It turned out that I needed new sensors. He replaced them & did check the who garage door itself. Also recommended that I keep springs, rollers etc greased occasionally. I would recommend them to anyone & I give them 5 Stars

Dave Kovach did I great job today... I was having a problem with my door buckling and not closing or opening properly.... Dave braced it up and now it is working much much better... But if I have anymore problems like this again I will order the door he gave me an estimate for... I will also request Dave do the job if it come to that issue... But for now he did a great job... I rate Precision Garage Door Service with a 5-Star rating! This morning as I was leaving out of my garage at 6:00 a.m. my garage door would not close after I pulled out of my garage. I then found myself searching for the key to my backyard lock so I could go through my backyard into my garage and manually close the garage door all the time looking out for coyotes, foxes, raccoons and skunks in the dark. When I got back home I started searching for professional companies; as I have had countless repairmen come to my home in the 14 years since I brought my home for quick fixes and paint jobs for my garage that I found on other sites trying to save some money. I knew this morning that I needed a professional as I do not want the garage door to slam down on my car while entering or exiting. Long story short I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and the Technician who came to my home at the exact time that I had selected. Damon, was professional, efficient and very helpful. My intention was to purchase a garage door after I pay my home off in a few years; but I was so impressed with the quality and work ethic of this young Technician, that I have decided that I’m going to have Precision Garage Door Service come back out this summer and install a new garage door and garage door opener. As I stated earlier, I give them a 5-star rating!
