Precision Technician Cori Merkel did a very thorough job of inspecting and repairing my garage door. She has encyclopedic knowledge of the way these doors were installed and should operate. Cori smoothly stepped in and altered her schedule when the tech who was supposed to take care of my door suddenly called off sick.

Precision put in my new garage door opener in 2019 after I had trouble with Accurate. This was a routine check that I normally did with my old door opener. I was told today this needs to be done every 2 yrs unless I hear something does not sound quite right as my system is new. Your men did a routine adjustment & were very courteous & efficient. My opener was installed by Randy Swann in 2019 that was a class act. I will continue to use your company going forward. 5 stars. Excellent!

The service technician was very professional, polite, and was very familiar with my specific garage door opener which was installed by Precision several years ago. The problem I had was with the lighting, and he was able to fix the problem on the spot. And probably best of all, the repair was still under warranty. Precision garage door openers are by far exceptional compared to the others that I had installed in the past. I'd recommend Precision to anyone.

Marcus Martin replaced my garage door opener and door gasket. He did a thorough OCD like inspection and explained that replacing the door rollers would make the garage door operate "better than new". We was right! Before he left, I viewed his work and could not find any imperfections with the gasket install. I was amazed with the professional, organized, and clean way he routed the overall wiring. I will definitely recommend Marcus to my friends and use for repairing my warehouse garage doors in the future. Thank you!

I hired Precision last year for garage door emergency lock installation and there was no question when I needed a repair last week that I would call Precision again. From the moment you place the service call there is precision in the service from beginning to completion. The call is made, then you receive confirmation of the date & time for service, followed by a text from the technician on their way to your home, then another text that the technician has arrived at your home. The Invoice comes quickly and is professional and uncomplicated. Precision personnel are experts in their trade and exemplary in providing remarkable customer service.

Our garage door would no longer open or close the unit would just make a humming noise. Marcus Martin was our Technician and he knew immediately that our unit was old and very outdated and that the motor was shot he also spotted that the hardware and springs were not up to code since it was such and old unit. He gave me all the details about what needed replaced and costs on the spot. It was nice that he had everything that he needed with him in the van and shortly after I have a brand new garage door system. I am very pleased with the work and will recommend Marcus and the Precision Garage door team anytime someone needs service.

I love my new garage door. It fits tightly, the lock works great, and the tech did a wonderful job on the tracks. My wife just couldn't lift the old wooden door anymore, the new one is lightweight and slides easily. Five stars for a great experience.

George was our technician today. He was terrific - prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and he even fixed a problem I didn't know I had! As a bonus, the work was fully covered by our warranty, so there wasn't even a service charge. What a wonderful surprise!
