If you expect customer service from this company, I would suggest and recommend that bid from the other company that was Hundreds lower. I paid $750 OVER another bid because I thought this was an honest company. I thought wrong. Motor to open and close the door deid in a few years and getting someone to fix it is IMPOSSIBLE!

I called and explained the problem I was having. The Agent scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician identified the problem and provided a solution. Making sure to answer any questions and encouraging any questions. I agreed to install a new garage door opener. He explained the various parts of the door, and have me a timeframe for how long each part typically needs to be replaced. I’ve only had to call Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh a few times over the years because of the quality of the garage doors and equipment they sell and install, but when I do, there service is exceptional. Any of their technicians that come are very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I wouldn’t even consider calling another garage door company other than Precision. They fix things right on the first service call.

My technician, Brian, arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, outlined the repair (including total cost, up front), and was able to repair my old garage door right away.
