Chose Precision for response time. The company texts the customer a picture and name of the technician who will be performing the work. The technician arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Ms Cori Merkel was informative and competent. She gave 3 quotes on the possible levels of work and worked quickly installing new cables and springs.

The service was very good and thorough. Everything was explained and shown to me. The technician replaced hardware including cables and springs. The door did not need to be replaced.

I was having trouble with my garage door going down. Nothing was blocking it. I mentioned it to a friend & she recommended Precision. Couldn't have been give a better recommendation. They were very professional on the phone & the gentleman who came was the same. It turned out that I needed new sensors. He replaced them & did check the who garage door itself. Also recommended that I keep springs, rollers etc greased occasionally. I would recommend them to anyone & I give them 5 Stars

Dave Kovach did I great job today... I was having a problem with my door buckling and not closing or opening properly.... Dave braced it up and now it is working much much better... But if I have anymore problems like this again I will order the door he gave me an estimate for... I will also request Dave do the job if it come to that issue... But for now he did a great job... I rate Precision Garage Door Service with a 5-Star rating! This morning as I was leaving out of my garage at 6:00 a.m. my garage door would not close after I pulled out of my garage. I then found myself searching for the key to my backyard lock so I could go through my backyard into my garage and manually close the garage door all the time looking out for coyotes, foxes, raccoons and skunks in the dark. When I got back home I started searching for professional companies; as I have had countless repairmen come to my home in the 14 years since I brought my home for quick fixes and paint jobs for my garage that I found on other sites trying to save some money. I knew this morning that I needed a professional as I do not want the garage door to slam down on my car while entering or exiting. Long story short I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and the Technician who came to my home at the exact time that I had selected. Damon, was professional, efficient and very helpful. My intention was to purchase a garage door after I pay my home off in a few years; but I was so impressed with the quality and work ethic of this young Technician, that I have decided that I’m going to have Precision Garage Door Service come back out this summer and install a new garage door and garage door opener. As I stated earlier, I give them a 5-star rating!

Precision Technician Cori Merkel did a very thorough job of inspecting and repairing my garage door. She has encyclopedic knowledge of the way these doors were installed and should operate. Cori smoothly stepped in and altered her schedule when the tech who was supposed to take care of my door suddenly called off sick.

Precision put in my new garage door opener in 2019 after I had trouble with Accurate. This was a routine check that I normally did with my old door opener. I was told today this needs to be done every 2 yrs unless I hear something does not sound quite right as my system is new. Your men did a routine adjustment & were very courteous & efficient. My opener was installed by Randy Swann in 2019 that was a class act. I will continue to use your company going forward. 5 stars. Excellent!
