The fact that Precision is a nationally know company that stands behind their work was a major factor in giving them a call. Tim is friendly and knowledgeable representative and was able to repair and update our garage door quickly. The only problem with the service was the late arrival - because of his problems earlier in the day on another project.

Precision has always been prompt in responding to problems and have given us garage doors that function without any problems since they were installed/overhauled 5 years ago at a much better price and considerably less inconvenience than other garage door companies that gave us estimates. I highly recommend them. Their servicemen are on time, polite and efficient.

We called your company about 1 1/2 years ago on a frigid January Sunday evening when we came home and found the springs & cable broken & the door shut - with cars inside. Same as this time, the technician came in about an hour or so and fixed the problem. That's why I suggested calling again this last Sunday. Good customer service. Brian was very nice & showed me how to open the door manually, which I've had a problem doing before.

This is the first time that we have done business with your company. Your technician was very prompt and very friendly. Even though there was no way to correct the problem we were having he suggested a way that might work for us. We were very impressed with him and his knowledge! We had called the man who installed our garage door opener and left a total of four messages and no one ever returned our call. I was in need of a garage door remote for a old opener. What I liked about Precision, is I had a live person answer the phone who was courteous and pleasant. The service technican was professional and knowledgable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want.

I expected 2 days of work considering that the technician arrived around 3:45 p.m. George was fantastic. All work was completed that evening in a most professional manner. Please get the name right, Michael Davis not Mike Davies. Service had corrected the problem I identified as the broken spring with no problems. The warranty only stated being covered for 90 days instead of a lifetime warranty as advertised for those parts?
