I am so glad we called Precision. I originally had an appointment with another company but they couldn't come for 3 weeks. My husband found an ad for Precision and we called them. First of all, I love that there is no automated system to go through to make an appointment. The phone rang and a person picked up right away! Their technician, Tim, came to our home the next day and took care of everything on the spot. We had a bad circuit board in our garage door opener so that was fixed quickly. The technician also pointed out multiple safety issues with our garage doors such as loose hardware, the pulley system, faulty springs. I never looked at or noticed these things before but he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that he did not pressure us to fix them immediately, but pointed it out for future reference. We appreciated his professionalism and no pressure approach and decided to have both garage doors fixed also. He was able to do that right after the circuit board. I couldn't believe how friendly he was and that he was able to do everything on site. Our garage openers work perfectly now, our doors are so much smoother and quieter opening and closing since he fixed both of those too, and I have peace of mind knowing that they are not a safety issue any longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone, as I can't remember the last time a company exceeded my expectations in both products and service.

The fact that Precision is a nationally know company that stands behind their work was a major factor in giving them a call. Tim is friendly and knowledgeable representative and was able to repair and update our garage door quickly. The only problem with the service was the late arrival - because of his problems earlier in the day on another project.

We called your company about 1 1/2 years ago on a frigid January Sunday evening when we came home and found the springs & cable broken & the door shut - with cars inside. Same as this time, the technician came in about an hour or so and fixed the problem. That's why I suggested calling again this last Sunday. Good customer service. Brian was very nice & showed me how to open the door manually, which I've had a problem doing before.

This is the first time that we have done business with your company. Your technician was very prompt and very friendly. Even though there was no way to correct the problem we were having he suggested a way that might work for us. We were very impressed with him and his knowledge! We had called the man who installed our garage door opener and left a total of four messages and no one ever returned our call. I was in need of a garage door remote for a old opener. What I liked about Precision, is I had a live person answer the phone who was courteous and pleasant. The service technican was professional and knowledgable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want.

Please get the name right, Michael Davis not Mike Davies. Service had corrected the problem I identified as the broken spring with no problems. The warranty only stated being covered for 90 days instead of a lifetime warranty as advertised for those parts?
