completely replaced my old heavy wooden garage door about 1-1/2 years ago and new one worked great. once had precision come out & give me a couple more remotes. then recently door made noise and stopped when opening and had to press remote again. also made funny noise. so Carlo Zanetti showed up today and tweaked it and lubricated and now open no noise and no charge. if you need garage door or have a problem Precison is the one to call.

Our installer arrived with in the time frame, went to work and had everything finished with in the 3 hours that he said it would take. We had a complete new garage door with track, motor and key pad all installed. Our whole experience was wonderful from the initial sales call to the installation. Thank you

Just had Marcus out to fix a door spring that had broken this morning. Quick and very capable. The whole replacement of both springs took only about a half an hour. He also made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. The icing on the cake is we had purchased your lifetime limited warranty and everything was covered so no charge! Will definitely call again should we need repair or replacement equipment.

Excellent service from Joe Kronenberger. The problem with my garage door opener was a unique one. He was here for over an hour, and even stayed after he fixed the problem to make sure that it was working properly. Having a life-time warranty was a plus!!

I really enjoyed the service technician, Randy Swann. We had a severed wire which prohibited the garage door from going up or down. He checked the condition of the whole garage door apparatus. Precision originally installed our garage door system nearly 20 years ago. He suggested an upgrade on all the parts and he included a life time warranty. We agreed. He did a great job. The garage door now opens so smooth and quite that you can hardly hear it when it opens. Again, we are very pleased with the service and it is like getting a whole new garage door. He repaired the wire at no charge, which was the original call for the service.

Nathan was our technician. He was very professional and honest. He fixed our problem, which he said he had never seen happen before, in about 5 minutes. And he came on a Sunday, within a few hours of our call to Precision. We were very happy with the service, and if we have any other problems, we will not hesitate to contact Precision again. It was such a pleasure to have Randy work on our two garage doors. He is highly skilled and courteous. He identified all the things that bugged us about our doors since another company installed them and fixed all these problems. The doors work better now than they have ever done previously. In addition he cleaned up all the debris and took it with him. This level of skill is only found in someone with extensive experience and who by his nature pays attention to the details.
