When the obsolete spring system on our 9 ft. garage door failed, calling Precision was an excellent choice. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and right on schedule, Marcus, our serviceman arrived. After evaluating our situation, he determined the best way to update our system and solve our problem. Marcus was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and a hard worker. I received great service. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment for early the same afternoon. The tech called in advance and showed up on time. He explained what I needed and what it would cost. He did the work and I am pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service! I contacted them through the website and within 20 minutes got a call back. I was thinking we would need an appointment for a week out but they were able to come the next day (they offered to come that day!). The tech was very nice and professional. Service/install was done within 2 hours and everything was cleaned up and taken away. I would recommend using these guys!

I have become familiar with Precision Garage company back in the summer of 2017 when I needed the key pad checked. The two gentlemen who came out checked my garage door and explained some issues with the weight of my old wooden door which I always wanted to replace and they explained types of doors available. They were very nice and professional and answered any questions I had. When I finally decided a few months ago that my old door needed to go, Mike Cercone who was also kind and professional came to my home to explain door options, the benefits of having an insolated door and pricing. Being impressed with the options and the price I purchased a beautiful garage door which was installed within the 2-3 hours - as promised - by their technician who showed up on time. Not only does the garage door advance the beauty of my home, also I'm already noticing a difference in home temperature. Plus, I smile every time the door closes because of the very quiet closure compared to the old wood door that slammed shut. Thank you so much for your expertise and overall professionalism. I would definitely recommend your company to family, friends, and neighbors.

Tim K came out today to service our overhead garage door. Tim performed a thorough inspection, and informed me of what repairs were needed and the available repair options. I decided to have an overhaul done due to the door's age and the amount of wear-and-tear. One of the springs was broken, and some of the rollers had bent shafts, which was discovered while replacing the old ones. When the job was finished, he picked up and removed all the debris. I asked Tim to measure the door size since we plan to replace the old, heavy wooden door with a new, lighter weight metal door in the next year or two. He provided an estimate for future reference. Based on my experience today, I would gladly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who needs overhead garage door service.
