They came out the same day and fix the garage opener. Ben was friendly and courteous. He was honest about what he thought was wrong and let me know he might have to make a couple calls. He had it fixed within 20 minutes. Would recommend their service.

Hi Dan, Before the service, I read the web site. This erased any fears or apprehensions I might have had. I liked the idea of a coupon for the spring work repair. I immediately made a copy with my printer. Every aspect of a perfect repair(timely.efficient.mannerly)was evident. Unfortunately, being excited about this excellent experience made me forget about the coupon to be presented. I am rating the experience as a 5+. During a storm the circuit to the garage door opener tripped. The problem was that the breaker box was in the garage. Keith got me into the garage and talked me through the options for repairs and upgrades. I will definitely use Precision again.
