The car remote stopped working. The pad near the garage was a maybe if you hit the code just. With winter coming I really needed the remote. Getting in and out of the car in rain or snow to get the garage was a problem. I had Precision Door Service before and they )Timothy Kronenberger did a fantastic job. So I asked for Tim again. And he came. Fixed the remote and the pad on the garage. He then did over all check up on the springs he had repaired in 2022. Once he was finished, he declared I was winter ready. You can be sure that I will call Precision Door Service for new doors when I am ready to replace them. A very friendly company. Thank you.

Our garage door opener chain broke on a Saturday afternoon. We called Precision Sunday, because we have used them in the past for a garage spring repair. The customer service we received on the phone was excellent and an appointment was set for Monday. Conner, the technician, arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional, explained everything before the service was done and when he was finished he made sure we understood everything. The service we received, as in the past, could not have been better. We were very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend this company.

We’ve used Precision at least twice before and have always been very impressed with the quality of service and the employees. It’s also great to get an email and text before the employee arrives with time expected and their picture. We called and Brian arrived in less than 4 hours! He didn’t take long and explained what he had done. He was very polite.

Precision installed our garage doors so we always call Precision. Our keypad needed reprogrammed. In addition we purchased four key fob openers that needed programmed with both doors. Joey was our technician and gave us exceptional service. He answered every question I had and showed me where the buttons on my liftmaster were located. He was pleasant and professional and highly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and would request him to do any work I need in the future. He represents Precision well.

We absolutely love our garage doors. Whenever someone asks about new garage doors we always recommend Precision. Cori recently came out because we were having an issue with our opener. She explained what the issue was and showed me how I could fix it should the issue ever happen again. Very happy with the product and more importantly the service we've received from Precision.

I am very please with the work Tim did on the garage door. He inspected all the springs and other item and answered all my questions on what was needed he went right to work. I was concerned as the sky had turned very dark and looked as if we were going to get major lighting, thunder and rain. I told Tim that the storm came, I wanted him to get in the garage, close the door and come upstairs till the storm passed. He finished the job before and then went over the work. It all looked great! Tim was a delight and knew his business. I am saving for a new door and I hope Tim does it when the time comes. Good man. Hard worker. Give this man a raise! Thank you.

The technican, George Ramey, was very courteous and professional in his explaining the issues and the remedies. He asked a few times if I had any questions or needed more clarification of the repair job. My garage door was installed in 2010. The broken spring was the first major problem I've had with my garage door. When Brian arrived to repair the door he did a complete inspection of the problem then explained what he would need to do to fix the problem. He got the parts he needed went to work ,and completed the job before I knew it. Very professional experience.

George did a terrific job! He evaluated both garage doors and recommended that we have the springs and cables replaced. Not only did he make the necessary repairs but he also took a quick look at our keyless opener which hasn't been working and within a minute he had it reprogramed and working just fine. He is always thorough and polite. I'd recommend them any time.

A couple of years ago my garage door was acting like it had a mind of its own. Based on a mail ad, I called Precision who sent out a talented technician named Cori who quickly diagnosed and efficiently solved my problem. As a result, I didn't hesitate to call again when an explosive bang in the middle of the night told me the 15-year old spring on my garage door had snapped, trapping my car inside. I called Precision in the morning and by the afternoon Damon had expertly replaced the spring system. He was very patient in answering my questions about the process. Two years, two five-star jobs by Precision.

Precision is the best garage door service company a homeowner can find. They provide quick turnaround service within days when others never call back if you call them for service. Precision specialists are extremely knowledgeable and offer repair or replace options and ROI which is impressive. I've used Precision 3 times in 2 different homes and have been completely satisfied and pleased. Failing garage doors in in our first home and now springs in our new home proved to me that Precision is the only responsive and expedient service provider and there is no reason to call any of the others.

Randy, the technician, did a wonderful and neat job and was very thorough in his inspection. The cost of $185 per tension spring seems very excessive. Next time I will phone for another estimate rather than calling Precision for any services.
