We've had our doors for a few weeks now and we absolutely love them! Our old doors were the original ones from the 1950's - no openers, super heavy, very drafty and overall not working anymore. These new doors and openers are so quiet, I barely hear the doors open when I'm directly above them in my living room. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door - good prices, great employees and great products.

I would recommend without hesitation Tom for any garage door service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and did not hesitate to make an honest recommendation. He is an obvious asset to the company. My replacement doors are high quality and the installation went very smooth and was completed timely. Tom was on time and there when he said he would be. He did not waste time getting things done. Garage door opened, but would not close. Aaron assessed the problem and began by replacing the sensors on the floor at the front of the garage; which solved the problem. He was friendly and courteous. There was no cost because Precision lives up to their life time warranty.

I recently had precision door service replace my garage door spring at my house and had excellent service. I called the repair in at 945 am and had a tech at my house at 1020 am. It look Aaron less then 30 minutes to fix my issue and have my garage door back in working order. Thank you Aaron Marks as you did a nice job

After (literally) over a year of procrastinating, I finally got fed up with standing in the rain and pressing the button multiple times before my garage door would shut all the way, I finally called Precision. Aaron called ahead of time and within minutes of arriving he diagnosed the problem. He told me my options and I chose the one he recommended. In my head I was already planning when I'd take a day off work to get the problem resolved, but that wasn't necessary as Aaron fixed my door on the spot, at 7pm. He was in and out within a half hour and now my door closes like a dream, no longer waking our newborn. I'll definately recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door maintenance or repair. A+!
