This was the second time that I utilized Precision and was extremely pleased both times. I was able to schedule an appointment for a very convenient time for me and John, the service technician, showed up promptly. He thoroughly explained what my repair would require and the options available, gave me an accurate estimate of the time involved to complete the work and provided me with details of all costs that would be incurred. The work was done neatly, in the estimated time and to my satisfaction. John was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. My service included replacement of springs, cables, pulleys, rollers and a nearly 30 year old door opener. All in all, it was a great job at a competitive price!

First time customer - called this afternoon in a pinch (with one of my cars "trapped" in my garage) and within an hour Precision had Damon (Burke) dispatched to my house. A very nice, polite gentleman who had me back in operation in no time with a full warranty on both springs and all new hardware. And the door is substantially quieter. Damon also installed a handle on my door and fixed my outside remote appliance which hasn't worked since the Truman administration! :) Precision has a new customer for life! Thanks folks. Really appreciate the quick service! Kudos to Damon. He is an asset to your company!

Our garage door was falling apart. We knew people that had their doors replaced by Precision. The estimator came out ad was extremely courteous, neat and his professional ethics were above reproach. Everything was explained well. We ordered our door after he went over the estimate and he price beat anyone else by not a little but a lot. We've had our doors for a few weeks now and we absolutely love them! Our old doors were the original ones from the 1950's - no openers, super heavy, very drafty and overall not working anymore. These new doors and openers are so quiet, I barely hear the doors open when I'm directly above them in my living room. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door - good prices, great employees and great products.

I would recommend without hesitation Tom for any garage door service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and did not hesitate to make an honest recommendation. He is an obvious asset to the company. Garage door opened, but would not close. Aaron assessed the problem and began by replacing the sensors on the floor at the front of the garage; which solved the problem. He was friendly and courteous. There was no cost because Precision lives up to their life time warranty.

I recently had precision door service replace my garage door spring at my house and had excellent service. I called the repair in at 945 am and had a tech at my house at 1020 am. It look Aaron less then 30 minutes to fix my issue and have my garage door back in working order. Thank you Aaron Marks as you did a nice job

Called late Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment to have garage door opener replaced - was expecting to have a technician here maybe on Monday - was thrilled to get an apportionment for following day between 4-6. Even better when Cori was able to come several hours earlier. Cori did an outstanding job explaining all options and then doing a great job to have it installed in a little over one hour. Could not be more pleased with overall service!
