Five stars all the way for these guys. My garage door was installed by a true craftsman, who did an impeccable job. The old door was hauled away and the jobsite left nice and clean. Door works quietly and smoothly, looks great and improves the value of my townhouse. The price was competitive, but I no longer shop for garage door specialists. Precision is the only one I call. We had a torsion spring break suddenly and I chose Precision Door for the repairs based on the reviews...I was not disappointed. The technician (Randy Swann) was courteous and professional and provided me with 3 options before beginning any work. He explained each option thoroughly and based on the information, I chose to go with a full overhaul due to the age of the current door hardware and the fact that it offers me a full lifetime warranty for really not much more that the cost of just replacing the torsion springs. The door is operating quietly and smoothly again. Thanks again Randy and Precision Door!

5 stars Our service tech was very knowledgeable and fixed our door efficiently. He recommended other maintenance services and we had him do those as well and now our garage doors work better than when the house was new and quieter. Marcus was extremely friendly and this repair was as great as experience as you can probably have when needing a garage door repair. The response time was impressive especially for a Saturday.

Marcus arrived on time and quickly surveyed the work that needed to be done. He had all of the tools and materials necessary to complete the job in his van. After an initial adjustment of the first door, he recommended a longer, heavier duty cable be installed so that the pulley could travel further and more smoothly. I agreed with his suggestion and he quickly installed and adjusted the new cables. The doors have never worked better. The cost for the service was very reasonable and Marcus gave me a price on having belt-driven door openers installed. Again the price seems reasonable and I plan to have four openers installed in the near future. I highly recommend Marcus and Precision Garage Door of Pittsburgh.

I called Precision doors on a referral recommendation. So glad I did. My appointment was secured for the day after I called. After my appointment was set, an email was sent confirming my appointment which included an introduction to my technician, George Rosso. George called 1/2 hour before my appointment to confirm. He showed up on time, and was very professional. He did an analysis, made several recommendations and helped me make the right choice. I opted for a new opener as opposed to a service on my old one. George had the job done in a couple of hours, and cleaned the work area once complete. He was greatly! Payment was easy, and I received my receipt in my email inbox immediately. What a great experience! I'll be calling Precision again when my other garage door opener needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!
