Tim (I don't know the last name)gave excellent service! He was kind, knowledgeable, reviewed what he was doing with me before he did it, was respectful of me and my property and went above beyond. The time given to me was same day between 4 and 6 PM and he called at 2:30 PM and ask if he could come over now. I would call again for service and request Tim as his service was second to none.

I was very pleased with the work performed by your technicians George Rosso and Tim Kronenberger. Both men were very courteous and explained what they were doing throughout their visits. George diagnosed the problem as a weak spring and replaced several parts. This did not solve the problem and Tim returned the next day and replaced a control panel in the opener. Your appointment staff were very good in arranging appointments for both technicians. The door has worked well since the repairs were made. Thank you.

New door looks good. I did find a dent in the door and you are replacing the panel, but it should have been discovered by the installer and they order a replacement. Not having me call and you look at the pictures to confirm it should be replaced.

I was extremely pleased with both the professional and friendly serviceI received from Mike Cercone, the quality of the installation, the overall neatnes in terms of clean up and removal of the old door Arrival time was right on schedule and am pleased with the overall door, the warranty included on it and the overall look of the door. Received compliments from neighbors already. Da- loved your response time also in my need to set up an appointment- never expected a call back in about 10 minutes. Seems like your entire company is geared to customer satisfaction . Would recommend your company to others needing anything in the line of garage doors.

I have never dealt with a company like Precision meaning they confirm the appointment, picture of individual doing the repair...more companies should have this feature. The next day Tim called stating he was on his way. He evaluated the situation and came up with two options and prices. We chose the higher one so it would totally fix our mechanism of the door and am very pleased with his work..it sounds like a brand new door. Excellent worker and would highly recommend Precision. Another excellent feature with Precision is they come with a totally equipped truck...didn't have to get the part and come back like most companies. As you can see I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
