Every step of the process was 5 star, but a few items stood out. First, receiving a profile on the technician prior to the appointment was great. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, provide a comprehensive quote and complete the work in a professional manner. I had all of the garage door hardware, springs, wheels replaced and the installation of a new garage door opener. Finally the technician explained the new components, operation of the new opener and maintenance requirements. Without hesitation I recommend Precision Door for all of your garage door needs.

I am totally satisfied with the service I received from your technician. He fixed the problem with my garage door immediately and then checked the door and found that it was closing too hard.
