He called ahead of time to let me know that he was going to be later than the scheduled appointment and wanted to know if that would be a problem.i told him it would not be.he called back to let me know that he was on his way and what time he thought he would be there. Fantastic Service, Problem at 8.10am on a Saturday and service technician arrived at 11.30am, Broken spring diagnosed and 90 minutes later all was fixed. I was shocked at the cost but it needed to be fixed.
