Was very nervous bout calling precision garage door,been 3 wks since spring broke and shifted entire door, couldn't budge door ,was wedged into the track somehow,wasn't looking good for repairman,made him aware how bad it was all Nathan said was seen worse not to worry,guess the look I was giving was obviously a very concerned one,to my surprise precision has coupons on line for free service call which helped enormously, my older brother Lou Martin from cranberry mentioned that he used precision in past was very satisfied.end result was total of $192 labor,part,so I turned that frown upside down with sheet happiness that my other front door is working better than ever,thank u again Nathan never had more pleasant service man in my home.very honest company,no doubt have my business and my family and friends .thank u precision garage door of PGH....

I must say I am really happy with the service I received. I called at 3:30PM on Tuesday and spoke with a friendly receptionist who told me someone would call me between 4 and 6 to service my garage door. The door would not completely close and it was 18 degrees outside! At 4 o'clock, I received a call from Tim. He said he would be here in 20 minutes. And he was. He thoroughly looked over things and told me it could be one of three things. He was very efficient and had the problem diagnosed and remedied within the hour. AND he didn't charge me. I believe he was the technician who originally installed my door in 2013. He said the parts he replaced were no longer under warranty, but that he would replace them without charge. I was very happy to have my door fixed in such an efficient manner and not charging me was a bonus!

These doors were purchased as a surprise for my husband, and everyone at Precision cooperated fully to make sure he didn't find out. The doors were installed as promised and they look wonderful. I would rate 4 and a half stars, only because the installer was a little late for the appointment, and consequently was not finished in time when my husband returned home. The installer was courteous, and cleaned up well afterwards. We were pleased with the whole experience.

This is the second time I've called your company, and would have given you 5 stars except for the "energy surcharge." It tells me nothing about what it is, nor why I was charged. I'm suspicious. Repair guy was great. Done fast. Friendly. Garage door is very quiet now. The price was unexpected, but when you are stuck in the garage what can you do. Plus, it now has a lifetime warranty so it seems worth it. Would call again.
