Randy was awesome. Arrived early, finished early and was knowledgeable and personable. All around great service. The only caution I would give is take the quote you get on the phone with a grain of salt, the actual repair was over double the price I was quoted. You won’t get an accurate estimate until the tech actually sees what you need. Would definitely recommend though.

We heard a loud bang when closing our 16' garage door. We then called Precision because we had used them in the past to replace the springs. They were here within 24 hours even though we explained it was not an emergency. Precision confirmed the appointment electronically three times, then once again when I got a text message when they were on their way. Cori Merkel was quick to diagnose the problem, two broken and one cracked hinge. She provided an estimate and commenced to replace three hinges and installed a brace on the lower panel. Entire experience was only 90 minutes. All 5+ star.

My garage doors are 20+ years old and it shows. I have owned the house for almost 7 years and have kept them operating with minimal work (I once replaced the plastic/nylon gear) although they definitely don't run smoothly (very shaky/jerky when opening and closing). Recently, my remote opener stopped working. I received a promotional postcard in the mail so I decided to have somebody take a look. I also requested a tune-up while the technician was checking the remote/opener. Carlo visited last night and was fantastic. He called out some issues and concerns across the board (which were somewhat plentiful since the doors and openers are so old). At first, I was concerned with being oversold or talked in to more repairs than I wanted or needed. However, Carlo provided three tiers of service (minimal, basic and maximum updates). After discussing further with him, we came to an agreement that fixed my remote, replaced a clearly bad pulley and tuned up some other areas. I'm happy to report that both my garage doors are working fully and much smoother than they have since I've owned the house. And, this was all done with open and transparent communication and some explanation and negotiation from both sides. Because of Carlos collaborative approach and willingness to understand my goals and intent (rather than being salesy/pushy), I felt comfortable that I got the right service from the right company. This goes a LOOONG way toward customer service and Precision being my choice for future service or door/opener needs. Thank you very much for your service and approach to customer service!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service, they came the same day I called and in hour and a half my door was rebuilt. It's like a new door, and I am very pleased. I would recommend them highly.
