I have used Precision Door Service to service my garage doors and operators for many years now. Every technician that has ever come to my home has been knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never feel like I’m being upsold or charged for work or parts that don’t need to be replaced. The service trucks are always well stocked, and I have never had to wait for them to return to complete a repair. I will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service and workmanship but pricey. I paid over $100 for a piece of a single piece of 8 foot door trim. That is overpriced. The same product for a 9 foot piece of white trim is $10. Plus there was a service charge on top of this. 4 pieces of trim $460. That is overpriced.

I am a very happy customer. My Precision garage door was originally installed over 15 years ago. The first time I had a problem was Thursday night when my door would not operate to close. I reported the problem Friday and Brian Pellegrino came over first thing Saturday morning. He found my control panel at risk and tried to reboot the logic board. Afterwards, Brian determined that my logic board had failed and needed replaced. I told him I had a lifetime warranty but didn't know how much of my repair would be covered. I was delighted when, after 2 hours, Brian replaced the logic board (the overhead opener) and told me there was no charge. He thanked me for my original purchase and said my Lifetime Warranty covered the service call, the new equipment, and his labor. I couldn't be any more pleased. My decision to buy my overhead garage door from Precision was truly a smart decision & investment.

I called Precision because they installed my garage door and opener many years ago, and I was very pleased with the speedy service. My garage door and opener has a lifetime written warranty, so when the opener died a few years ago, I called them again. The work was done the same day that I called. Very satisfied....when my keypad failed recently, I called again, they had someone out the next day. The keypad was replaced, and I purchased two new remotes; again the work was finished in a timely manner, the price was the same as what I was quoted on the phone. The technician did a great job, was friendly, and knew what he was doing. Would call again when needed. I refer my friends when they have issues with their garage doors. My neighbor just called to get a new garage door and opener installed...she also was happy with their service.

We had replacement garage door springs and hardware installed 3 years ago with tech Randy Swann and the experience was outstanding. Prompt service and technicians who are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Now 3 years later we needed an adjustment and the tech Brian Pellegrino was prompt and provided outstanding service again. Tech showed up on time to replace both springs ( one had snapped) and both cables as those were at least 29 years old. Did a great job in a short amount of time and had everything working properly.

The technician from Precision came within the specified time frame we were given. I felt that they took their time making sure our garage door was fixed safely and appropriately.
