Easiest phone call I ever made. Saw advertisement in The Clipper Magazine and then the spring broke on my garage door. They were at my house a little over 24hrs later and was fixed within an hour. Very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Hello, The webpage was very nice....almost too much to believe, but I did notice the BBB symbol......and we decided to try your service. We are older and have seen too much false advertising through-out our lives that didn't live up to the initial presentation. I must say that we are greatly impressed with your company and especially the tech, Tim, who came to our house. He was polite, knew what to do, answered all of our questions and presented choices fairly. We did decide to go for the little upgrade(new springs and ball bearing rollers) beyond the initial gear replacement call. He is a '5' star employee. Dan, Tim worked steadily and is very good. Aaron is an excellent representative for Precision. He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Although I only needed a new garage door opener installed, he checked the operation of my door and found that it seemed a little heavy. Within a couple of minutes, he tightened the spring and was on his way. Technicians like Aaron reinforce that I chose the right garage door company in the first place.

Marcus was great! He was the repair technician that came out to repair the broken cable I had. He was very personable and explained everything very well before and after the repair. Just bought a new house. This was my first dealing with precision. Placed a service call and had a technician out the same day. Prompt service. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed my opener and also took the time to help reset my remotes. So glad I called. Will recommend precision to others and definitely use their products and services in the future.

The service man was very courteous and called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. While on site, he was professional and it appears that he did an excellent job. He offered other services they could provide, bit did not push beyond my first " no thank you". In my case, they were able to come out the next day, even when I called on a Sunday. I did not give five stars be/c precision was about 20-30% more expensive then local servicemen. I don' t know their quality, though, since I used precision.
