When a spring broke, I called Precision Garage Doors and they sent a repair person on an emergency call at 9;00 PM. Rather than make a costly repair on thee old wooden door, we opted to get a new Clopay garage door. After a two week wait, while the door was being manufactured, a technician came with the new door and had it installed in about two hours. It looks great and operates very well. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone that asks.

Precision was able to come out and fix a broken belt on a garage door for a home that was listed for sale. The service was fast, easy and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Great services! Mark was complete in 20 minuets. He took the time to check the travel of the door once he was completed as well. I have used Precision in the past for minor repairs. I recognized a potentially big problem and immediately called Precision. Marcus called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come earlier. He was there a half hour before the scheduled time and done in an hour. He replaced the springs and garage door openers. Marcus explained everything and showed me exactly what he was doing. He greeted my daughter and played with my dog, just a good guy. The cost was exactly what Marcus said it would be and very acceptable. I will be using Precision again in the future!

Hello, The webpage was very nice....almost too much to believe, but I did notice the BBB symbol......and we decided to try your service. We are older and have seen too much false advertising through-out our lives that didn't live up to the initial presentation. I must say that we are greatly impressed with your company and especially the tech, Tim, who came to our house. He was polite, knew what to do, answered all of our questions and presented choices fairly. We did decide to go for the little upgrade(new springs and ball bearing rollers) beyond the initial gear replacement call. He is a '5' star employee. Dan, Tim worked steadily and is very good. Aaron is an excellent representative for Precision. He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Although I only needed a new garage door opener installed, he checked the operation of my door and found that it seemed a little heavy.
