The service man was very courteous and called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. While on site, he was professional and it appears that he did an excellent job. He offered other services they could provide, bit did not push beyond my first " no thank you". In my case, they were able to come out the next day, even when I called on a Sunday. I did not give five stars be/c precision was about 20-30% more expensive then local servicemen. I don' t know their quality, though, since I used precision.

Technician was quick and did quality work. However the price was extremely expensive and I wouldn't use them again. Paid $700 to replace the spring and two side rollers and about an hour's work.

Chuck Hummel and Jason Drylie did a fantastic job installing my garage door. They were very polite, worked very well together and certainly didn't waste a minute. Also, Marcus Martin - who worked on my estimate - answered all my questions adequately and clearly explained what the technicians would be doing when they installed the door. I appreciated the concern they had in being very careful not to damage my newly replaced concrete driveway. Thank you for storing my new door in your warehouse and not installing it until my driveway was replaced.

This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I called at 9am because my garage door would not completely close. They gave me a choice of 3 different times in which they could come. The technician was Jason Drylie...very friendly and spotted the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any problem.

DEAR DAN I,VE HAD THE SAME TECH HERE TWICE,(TIM I BELIEVE)AND HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY NICER OR BETTER AT HIS JOB THAN ANY TYPE OF TECH. THAT I'VE HAVE HAD DO WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HE TALKED ME INTO SOME ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE THE FIRST TIME (WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE), BUT IT WAS WORK THAT NEEDED DONE AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING! JOB WELL DONE!

I a note written with the name and number. Can't recall why or where I wrote it from, but I had it on file. Maybe your crew worked on my mother's? Can't recall the name of the technician, but he was a little younger, dark hair and kind of a beard -- lives in Connellsville. I liked him a lot. He was pleasant, sociable and appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. He is a good employee.

The technicians that came were very good ,gave me a written estimate and repaired the door opener. They also asked me if I wanted to change the door rollers because they were binding and causing the opener to work harder. They replaced the rollers and readajusted the door and it now works smoother than it ever did.

Chris gave me a complete overall of my garage door. Before it shimmied & made lots of noise & sometimes opened because of the shimming. After replacing the rollers, springs & safety cables, it's quitter that it ever was. Atta boy Chris.
