The repairman gave me a diagnosis of the problem which was the old garage door opener gears were bad and the circuit board was shot. He also said the garage torsion springs needed replaced and he could not replace the opener without replacing the worn springs.

At this time I have no complaints. The service was very timely, Brian was very professional, courteous, and efficient. The repair (broken torsion spring) was successful and the door has never opened/closed as smoothly as it does now. Brian did a great job of picking and installing the correct springs.
