Precision Door was incredible to work with. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. In typical Pittsburgh fashion, we received heavy snowfall and the roads weren’t great. The service technician called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on a delay and gave me an updated window. The communication was fantastic. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a brief bio - loved that!! The technician arrived within the window, was very professional and quickly repaired my opener. He followed CDC guidance and took all appropriate COVID measures. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I was very pleased with the service received. Tim was professional,courteous, and accommodating. He explained the problem, and was able to repair the problem. The lights remained on and would not turn off. Tim diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board, which he replaced. I will definitly recommend Precision in the future.

Service was exceptional! I called Saturday at 4:00pm and got an appointment for Sunday in the afternoon. Sunday morning the technician called me and said he could be there in the morning. He came and determined the problem. He gave me all the different fixes and the price of each. He had the repair done within an hour and a half. I have always had great service from Precision Garage Door. A 5 in all catagories.

Randy was our service technician - he came on time, he was extremely polite and explained everything that was wrong with our door in great detail as well as everything he would do to fix it. He worked very hard for several hours and we are very pleased with how our door works now. He explained new features of our system very thoroughly. Wow! Marcus Martin showed up and was training a new employee. They were great! I didn't know if I could even fit an opener in my garage. Marcus is very good. They figured it out and installed the opener very quickly, Amazing. I then needed to reset the closing later that day and Marcus walked me through it. Professional, courteous, … I can't say enough. Technician Cori Merkel was professional and friendly. She provided excellent customer service and was informative. Cori made a few minor adjustments and provided routine maintenance to my door that was hanging up intermittently. Cori explained reviewed the history of past services provided by Precision and the things to look for such as our aging opener and future garage door replacement. I will definitely use Precision when I make these future upgrades. I have never had a service technician provide less than excellent customer service from your company.
