about 5 years ago i had two garage doors installed and this company did a wonderful job, last week 10.31.22 I had two of the rollers come off the track called precision and they were here 3 days later even though they are short handed, Damon was the tech and was very nice and fixed the problem in no time at all...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I will never go to another company.

No service was actually done. Something was blocking the sensor at the bottom of the door and no repair was necessary. I was disappointed that I was not told to check that area before a tech was sent out and I was charge the $65 service charge for the 10 minutes the tech was here. I felt that this could have been corrected over the phone.

If we misdiagnose, which is likely to happen having not looked at it ourselves, we would then be liable for any issues you have moving forward. I use your company for routine repairs. As we were hearing a "clunking noise" upon the garage door closing, we called to schedule a service appointment. Your rep came out yesterday and advised that the apparent problem is a bent lower panel. He suggested that I call Precision Door to have one of their servicemen come out to inspect the panel, which I did this morning. While I was not at home when your rep came over, my wife reported that he carefully checked everything over and did not assess a service charge!!! I am very appreciative for your company's service in this regard, and if the other company can't solve our problem, I'll get back in touch with you. I give ***** stars!

Had an issue with the door not being able to raise. Called Precision and they had a tech out that day.
