Randy was our service technician - he came on time, he was extremely polite and explained everything that was wrong with our door in great detail as well as everything he would do to fix it. He worked very hard for several hours and we are very pleased with how our door works now. He explained new features of our system very thoroughly. Wow! Marcus Martin showed up and was training a new employee. They were great! I didn't know if I could even fit an opener in my garage. Marcus is very good. They figured it out and installed the opener very quickly, Amazing. I then needed to reset the closing later that day and Marcus walked me through it. Professional, courteous, … I can't say enough. Aaron Marks did a great job evaluating the condition of my garage door and replaced the springs in a very quick and professional manner. I believe I will have to replace the spring in the near future and I will be calling Precision for the installation. Precision has replaced the spring on our other garage door in the past and did an excellent job.

Called Precision Garage Door to inspect and repair my existing garage door opener that was binding and not operating smoothly. A service technician was dispatched the same day and arrived in just a couple of hours from calling. The service technician, Tim, arrived promptly and corrected the problem. The repair was done professionally and I was pleased with the great service. The repair was also covered under warranty so that was equally good. I would rate Precision 5 stars for the good service call today.

Called for a service on Saturday thinking it would be scheduled the upcoming week. Thoroughly surprised and pleased when appointment was scheduled on Sunday. Super Bowl Sunday none the less. Carlo called prior to arrival and pulled in when he said he would. Carlo was very pleasant and professional diagnosing the problem within minutes. Explained the repairs and was done within 40 minutes. Will recommend Precision to others and use them again when needed.

Our garage door spring failed at a most inopportune time early Sunday morning. I was surprised and relieved to see Precision Door Service offered Sunday service. Kasey Teysser succinctly explained a good, better best scenario regarding my options to repair the garage door. Kasey worked judiciously and professionally to complete the repairs. I have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises for our other garage door. After the work was completed I discovered a discount coupon on the Precision web site. I called to see if Precision would honor the coupon after I had already made payment. I am to expect a call from a manager on Monday morning to see if the coupon and credit will be applied. Stay tuned to see if the credit is applicable.

I just had the doors installed yesterday. Michael did an absolutely wonderful job! He has a very high work ethic and is an excellent craftsman. I would have given you guys "five stars", but I rate pretty hard (smiling). I just wish that I didn't have to wait so long to get the doors installed (over a month), and they are a bit expensive; however, if they hold up and work properly I will be pleased. See me in about ten years for that final star (smiling). Thanks for your service!
