During a storm the circuit to the garage door opener tripped. The problem was that the breaker box was in the garage. Keith got me into the garage and talked me through the options for repairs and upgrades. I will definitely use Precision again.

I closed my garage door on a Monday morning and when I pressed the button on my remote to open it Monday night after work, it just made a terrible grinding noise. It would not open. I saw that the bicycle chain looking thing was completely off of the track. So, I called on the following morning (Tuesday) to schedule an appointment. I was dreading physically opening the door and thought it would be a few days until a repairman would be able to do anything. Well, to my surprise, Keith Atkins (what a great guy and a great service technician) was at my door Wednesday morning ready to take on the challenge. He said that since my opener was over 32 years old, the gears finally wore down. He replaced the gear mechanism in less than an hour and I was on my way to work. He left me with words of advice to be gentle with the opener and it should last a little longer. I told him that when this one goes, the first and only place I will call will be Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Service was prompt and efficient. But most important for me was how personable and helpful your technician was. When we opened the garage door a glass light crashed to the ground, which we had stored improperly, and shattered, pieces scattered everywhere. Your technician helped me clean everything up and then quickly did the necessary repairs. Very impressed with his positive attitude.
