I needed a new garage door badly. The salesperson never push but did explain everything very well . I barely knew the installer. I think his name was Charlie was even in my home except for the noise of the power tools .I love my new door ;it fits and is SO quiet when it opens. I love the fact that if my sons come and I'm not home they can get in.

When he completed the job he walked me through all the functions and even help me set up the garage door opener in my car.
