I was very pleased with your company from the initial phone contact to the finished repair. The person who scheduled my repair was pleasant and courteous. My repair person, Tim, arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem and informed me of what was needed to fix it. I was a bit surprised at the cost, more than I expected of course, but Tim took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done. Your lifetime warranty and Tim's explanation made the cost less shocking. Our other garage door will likely need work in the near future and I will definitely call on your company again.

Precision has been out to do some repair work before and we were satisfied so we called again when one of our springs broke. Bill came out to do the repair and also recommended a few other fixes - he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need, he showed us the potential future issues. Since we had been discussing purchasing a quieter garage door opener model we asked Bill about that as well. What sold us was Bill's knowledge of the system/equipment and the fact that he had the equipment with him, was willing to stay to do the work and he was quick to ask us if we had a coupon! He wasn't a "pushy salesman" at all - we asked him questions and he stated the facts.

Great experience with the whole process as I am in the service business I know what it takes. Phone call was very professional and quick. The tech new what he was doing and was very polite and did the job neat and timely. The job was done the same day and the tech showed up on time. I had an issue regarding a fee that was not disclosed to me during the initial phone call to Precision. I paid quite a bit of extra money years ago to have a lifetime warranty for their work and was told at that time if anything ever goes wrong with the equipment, there would be no charge. However, when the tech rep came to my home, he informed me of a $39.95 service call charge (something that applies if a tech has to do any work to your door). Having not been made aware of this, I spoke with the President of the company and he was willing to refund that charge due to the miscommunication. It is very rare to find a company like this in today's world and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage door.

Absolutely great from start to finish. Very courteous and confirmed with an email and the expected technician (Tim Berhnardt) to come and make the repair. Arrived promptly, and gave me the options for repairing or replacing the door. Repairing worked and will last for a while. Plans are to replace the door in a few years when the budget permits, and will certainly call Precision when that day comes. Tim was very courteous and even though it was a bitterly cold day, refused the warm cup of coffee or hot chocolate, saying he had plenty in his truck. I hope so because it was cold!

My very old garage door opener finally failed. I called and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. After an explanation, a repair of a broken part was tried, but the problem was then found to be in the motor. A new opener was installed immediately and is far better than the old one.

Steve did a nice job removing an old, heavy garage door then installing a new, steel Precision garage door. He encountered a problem with the installation (the take-up spool was blocked by a sewer line); he quickly made the modifications required to get around the obstruction and the door worked fine after his changes. Steve was courteous, quiet, and finished the job in just several hours.
