Our technician was from Ohio, I think. He was excellent! Extremely informative, polite, and and got the job done perfectly. I also asked him about installing a lock on the outside of one of our garage doors for the times the electricity would go off. He was so generous with his knowledge and so helpful in showing me how to unlock the garage door. I was very happy that it turned out that he worked on our garage remote and door problems and I would be very pleased by his servicing our garage doors again and I would highly recommend him. Was prompt and professional. Found the problem and eliminated the it. I would have like if he would have found a way to have the door shut flush on the bottom as there is uneven spots on new concrete. Other wise he did what he was initially contacted to perform.
