I was in need of a garage door remote for a old opener. What I liked about Precision, is I had a live person answer the phone who was courteous and pleasant. The service technican was professional and knowledgable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want.

Precision took my call for help and arrived at my house within two hours. Tim was very professional and went right to work. He identified all the issues and clearly explained what needed repaired and why as well as what did not need repaired. He disclosed all the information I needed to make the correct decisions. I called to have springs replaced on 2 garage doors. After George arrived I decided to have a 3rd door repaired and its opener replaced. I expected 2 days of work considering that the technician arrived around 3:45 p.m. George was fantastic. All work was completed that evening in a most professional manner. Please get the name right, Michael Davis not Mike Davies. Service had corrected the problem I identified as the broken spring with no problems. The warranty only stated being covered for 90 days instead of a lifetime warranty as advertised for those parts?
