Our garage door would no longer open or close the unit would just make a humming noise. Marcus Martin was our Technician and he knew immediately that our unit was old and very outdated and that the motor was shot he also spotted that the hardware and springs were not up to code since it was such and old unit. He gave me all the details about what needed replaced and costs on the spot. It was nice that he had everything that he needed with him in the van and shortly after I have a brand new garage door system. I am very pleased with the work and will recommend Marcus and the Precision Garage door team anytime someone needs service.

I love my new garage door. It fits tightly, the lock works great, and the tech did a wonderful job on the tracks. My wife just couldn't lift the old wooden door anymore, the new one is lightweight and slides easily. Five stars for a great experience.

Recently I observed that my Precision installed garage door was allowing cold air to leak into my garage. I found that cold air was leaking into the garage from the top of the door through the seal. I scheduled an appointment to have the door inspected and see why this was happening, after all, the new garage door I had installed a few years (2017) back was supposed to have sealed off the elements from the outside as well as seal in the air when the air conditioner was on in the summer. The technician arrived, inspected the door and informed me that their was a one inch gap at the top of the door and the frame of the garage door and that nothing could be done to fix the gap. He suggested that I go and purchase and install foam board insulation to seal off the top of the garage door to stop the airflow. After thinking about this for the past week or so I came to a disappointing conclusion, the garage door that I had purchased and had installed was not done so correctly. Think about this! Would anybody be satisfied with settling for something less than the value that was promised? I was not afraid to pay good money for good product and good service, otherwise I could have had anybody do the work. I had many contractors give me estimates for the door installation and chose who I thought would do the best job, not the cheapest! I think I am being fair on my assessment, after all, I paid $1569.00 for my garage door on May 15, 2017 and waited patiently several weeks afterward for my door to be installed.

The service technician did a great job. The pricing however was way out of line. $690 verses $385 from a competitor for the exact make and model. I was told that Precision does not price match. If you call Precision for an issue do not have them do any work prior to getting bids.

The technician was able to evaluate our situation and provide a solution and cost estimate. It was such a pleasure to have Randy work on our two garage doors. He is highly skilled and courteous. He identified all the things that bugged us about our doors since another company installed them and fixed all these problems. The doors work better now than they have ever done previously. In addition he cleaned up all the debris and took it with him. This level of skill is only found in someone with extensive experience and who by his nature pays attention to the details.

completely replaced my old heavy wooden garage door about 1-1/2 years ago and new one worked great. once had precision come out & give me a couple more remotes. then recently door made noise and stopped when opening and had to press remote again. also made funny noise. so Carlo Zanetti showed up today and tweaked it and lubricated and now open no noise and no charge. if you need garage door or have a problem Precison is the one to call.

I hired Precision last year for garage door emergency lock installation and there was no question when I needed a repair last week that I would call Precision again. From the moment you place the service call there is precision in the service from beginning to completion. The call is made, then you receive confirmation of the date & time for service, followed by a text from the technician on their way to your home, then another text that the technician has arrived at your home. The Invoice comes quickly and is professional and uncomplicated. Precision personnel are experts in their trade and exemplary in providing remarkable customer service.
