Marcus arrived at the scheduled time. He reviewed and recommended what type of opener was required. He did a great job. He left the garage floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. Marcus explained and demonstrated all of the functions and operations for the opener. Very professional installation. I would recommend Precision and Marcus to anyone needing any type of garage door service.

Your company installed a new garage door and garage opener on March 27th 2013. Mike the technician was very professional and was a extremely hard worker. It was an all day process removing the old garage door and opener and replacing it with the new materials. I could not be happier with the finished product. Mike cleaned up my garage and instructed me how to use the keyless entry and remotes. Great job. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Outstanding service. Garage door spring had broken. The door is 45 years old and has had minimal maintenance. Justin evaluated the condition of the existing springs, cables and rollers. He recommended an overhaul of the door. He installed new torsion springs, rollers and cables and balanced the door. Justin arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job in the time estimate, cleaned up the area when he was finished. Outstanding job, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The garage door works better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair.

Called in the evening around 7pm and they were at my house within an hour, and had my garage door overhauled by 10pm. Tim the technician was very professional, easy to talk to, and explained things very well. We are pleased that we now have a working, and a much quieter garage door. Thank you
