Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning. Was having problems with my garage door opening/closing. Called on Saturday and was suggested I get a silicon lubricant. I applied to door but did not help. On Tuesday I called and got an appointment for Wednesday. George came out and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and patient with my questions. Reece arrived within the first 45 minutes of the service window, identified a broken pulley bearing as the source of the screeching noise, also discovered the cable had begun to fray on that side of the door. He replaced the pulley and the cables on both sides in a very efficient, professional manner. He also discovered that some of the roller covers were missing and suggested that I have the rollers replaced in the future. He performed the multipoint inspection and lubricated all the mechanics of the door. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. Precision Door also installed my door and replaced the springs in the past. All three experiences were excellent.

The young man that came to look into our garage door problem was very professional. He determined that the motor to lift and lower the door was faulty and had all the parts available in his van to replace it immediately. He took time to explain how to sync the garage door opener with the wall remote and also with the other remote controllers.

With his job experience, Chuck knew what he had to do. After the Safety Checklist was done and being the professional he is, Chuck wasted no time in completing the repair to the door. When he was done, he took the time to review with me what was involved in its repair. Before Chuck left, he explained to me what I needed to do should I have future questions. Thank you! Wanted a checkup on garage door. Paperwork from previous owner indicated door was about 10 yrs old. Timothy let me know 10 minutes before arrival. Prompt and friendly. He inspected the door and suggested three options to keep it running smooth. I never felt any pressure. Which usually happens when service people deal with a woman. After deciding what to get done today, Timothy went to work. Took very little time and cleaned up any debris. My garage door sounds much better. I will use Precision Doors for future needs.

Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes.
