Absolutely perfect. My springs broke and within 15 hours, I was able to use the easy to use online scheduling service and have my technician Brian arrive and fix my problem. Brian, my technician, is second to none in my book. What a nice, positive experience.

Wanted a checkup on garage door. Paperwork from previous owner indicated door was about 10 yrs old. Timothy let me know 10 minutes before arrival. Prompt and friendly. He inspected the door and suggested three options to keep it running smooth. I never felt any pressure. Which usually happens when service people deal with a woman. After deciding what to get done today, Timothy went to work. Took very little time and cleaned up any debris. My garage door sounds much better. I will use Precision Doors for future needs.

I was impressed with my ability to get a service person on the same day as my call. Equally impressive was the courtesy and knowledge of my technician. Cori arrived quickly and got right to work on inspecting my door and making recommendations for routine owner maintenance. She instructed me on the right kind of lubricant that I need to use on my door. She remained with me until she was sure that I understood the issue with the door. Cori did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to work with her again! Simple lubrication did the trick.

Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Coming within 24 hours and fixing the problem on the spot is what makes them a reliable company.

The tech was running over on his first appointment of the day and took the time to call and advise us of this. He arrived at the approx. time he told us and immediately found and addressed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. This was our first time using Precision and couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to get a same day appointment and the technician (George R) was able to complete the work in the same visit. Due to multiple points of failure with our existing system, we determined that a new system entirely would be the best path forward - basically only the door itself was salvageable. George was very detailed and thorough - careful to explain the service, underlying cost and warranties. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
