Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Coming within 24 hours and fixing the problem on the spot is what makes them a reliable company.

The tech was running over on his first appointment of the day and took the time to call and advise us of this. He arrived at the approx. time he told us and immediately found and addressed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would recommend these people to anyone needing service on their doors or operators. - This was also next day service on a Saturday.

This was our first time using Precision and couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to get a same day appointment and the technician (George R) was able to complete the work in the same visit. Due to multiple points of failure with our existing system, we determined that a new system entirely would be the best path forward - basically only the door itself was salvageable. George was very detailed and thorough - careful to explain the service, underlying cost and warranties. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Marcus, the technician arrived at the designated time and was most professional, courteous and efficient. After installation of the garage door opener he remained to answer questions and educate me on the operation. Old debris and parts from the previous unit were removed and the whole operation took less than two hours. I would rate his performance 5 star.
