Our original choice was based on desperation. Subsequently I have heard many good things about Precision from other satisfied people. Technician--Tim-- was ready to go as soon as he arrived. His advice was based on reality, not sales. Job was done in a short time. Cleaned up after the job(!). Overall, a good experience.

They came the same day and the man was super polite, friendly, and explained exactly what needed to happen. He took care of it and the price is reasonable. The salesman was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. The install technician (Nathan) knew his business and went about it very orderly and took the time needed. A few qlitches needed addressed but I always got a return call almost immediately, Although I sometimes felt like my questions were more of a bother when calling. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone needing a new garage door or repair.

I was satisfied with the repairs done to my garage door today. The service tech. was on time, conducted himself in a professional manner. He explained to me what had to be done and made suggestions to improve the operation of the door. Then went right to work. This is the second time I've used Precision Door and was satisfied both times. I would give Precision five stars.

Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job,everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.

Other than being scheduled for 2-4 PM, and only arriving at 6:30 PM, very professional, capable and done in timely manner. It appears the tech was over scheduled and was very cordial and apologetic. I don't blame him at all.
