I was satisfied with the repairs done to my garage door today. The service tech. was on time, conducted himself in a professional manner. He explained to me what had to be done and made suggestions to improve the operation of the door. Then went right to work. This is the second time I've used Precision Door and was satisfied both times. I would give Precision five stars.

service tech was the best !!! he listened to explaination of concern,and began needed repairs. replaced lift control and motor,interior and exterior controls which would not program with new lift unit.very professional tech, very personal. would recommend this company to anyone. note:all repairs done under warranty. many thanks !!!

Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job,everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.
