I thought Chris was very informative and professional. He arrived on time and did a great job. He informed us of a cracked window insert and advised that someone would be contacting us to schedule replacement. Within a few days, Tom called. Chris left the work area very clean. The only complaint that I have is that it took a couple weeks longer than I expected to have the door installed. Other than that, we are happy with everything. Thank you.
