My experiance with Precision Garage Door was totally great. I called at 1:00, they were there at 4:30. They installed an opener and changed the rollers on my doors. I called and scheduled an appointment, expecting to wait weeks for a technician to be sent out. I got service the next day. The technician called 15 minutes before he arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem and made repairs in a quick and efficient manor. He was also very efficient and very professional manor. I give this company my 5star rating for being efficient and honorable.

I think our service technician was named Brian. I'm sorry but it was a while ago and I don't remember. He was excellent. Arrived at the exact time he said he would, which is unusual in this day and age, and was very informative. He explained all my options clearly and was efficient. Was truly one of the best experiences my wife and I have had in a long time.

Sunday emergency. g. door wouldn't come back down. yellow pages and pick who ever adv 24hr service. pick you because of the timing. able to be there earlier than the other advertiser. tech friendly and it turned out to be a simple adjustment of the door frame. charged only what was advertised, check out the whole door and gave an estimate, kind enough to show me how to pull the door shut if electric went out program my zapper. done in 20 minutes and efficient. i would recommend your services to others.

Brian Short was the tech that repaired the torsion spring, rollers, etc on our garage door. He was very personable and the most professional service tech I have had the pleasure of doing business in years. He explained everything in a way that was understandable to me and never pushed for the sale. When he came to our house for the trouble service, he was to the point, but not overbearing. When he returned to perform the work, he was again professional and efficent. He completed the job in a timely fashion. He was just outstanding in every way. We plan to purchase a new opener in the near future and will surely do so from Precision. If all your techs are as nice and professional and competent as Brian, your company will always do well. We packed the cars the night before our son was to leave for college, however, when I hit the bottom the next morning so we could leave we had a major problem. The door cable snapped, the rolling pins came flying at us like torpedoes and the door began to buckle. After making a call and explaining we had to get our son to school ASAP the agent had a technicians to our home in less than 45 minutes. He got us out of the garage and showed us what needed fixed. He was fast, knowledgeable and kind. We will recommend Precision to all our friends and neighbors.
