The technician arrived on time. He was clean and courteous. He was careful to make sure that anything that might not be perfect with the installation due to our old house was acceptable. Best of all, the final product, a new garage door with opener, works very well and is good looking and it operates very quietly.

Precision came highly recommended from a friend. Marcus was pleasant and professional. Diagnosed issue right away which was sensor was bad. Had replacements with him and was able to fix within 20 minutes. Door works well now. Would not hesitate to call them again for service or recommend to others.

He took extra time in fiquring out which spring to use, whether to use two or one , and the cost. I recommend him anytime. Marcus, the repairman, arrived before scheduled time. He inspected the work that needed to be done and informed us of the results of the inspection (what needed replaced/repaired) and let us know the cost before the job started. WOW!!!!!!!!! What an amazing install. The tech, Justin, was super. He showed up right on time, unloaded his materials, had everything sorted out so that once he started, it was like clock work!! He knew just where everything was he needed. A very talented and skilled mechanic. I was impressed that once he finished, he took his time to explain how the new opener and keypad works and made sure I was happy with the work. He is a definite asset to your company!!!!

I originally used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in 2009 to overhaul my garage door torsion springs, rollers, bearings, drums and cables and received a lifetime warranty. They have been back twice since then for minor repairs and performed all repairs free of charge. Both times they came to the house exactly on time with technicians that were professional and polite. I would highly recommend their services.

Precision was recommended to us by one of our neighbors. We were in a jam, as our garage door refused to open on a Sunday morning and we had absolutely no idea whom to call. The service technician showed up in 45 minutes (we were given a two-hour arrival time window). On a Sunday! Quick assessment of the problem and garage door was repaired in around 2 hours. This was awesome - we could barely open the door manually, and a car parked in the garage had to be moved out the following morning. Service technician was polite and efficient. Will definitely use again if needed and will highly recommend to others.

I would give your service 5 stars. The Tech did a great job explaining the problem, the best way to fix my door, and 3 different ways how much the repairs were going to cost. He did a great job with the fix, the door works better now than what it did when it was installed. The only negative is it wasn't cheap.
