Cori did a great job repairing our broken spring and adjusting the door! We had everything replaced in 2006 and bought a lifetime warranty on everything. They still honored our warranty. It was well worth buying the warranty! Did Betty: pay a cent this time! Very happy with our service even with the coronavirus. Cori, the repair tech, was careful to make sure every precaution was made.

We called Precision Door because we had used them before and our car was stuck in the garage. We called about 12 o'clock and they were here within 2 hours. The Tech recognized our problem right away---broken spring--and corrected it immediately. Her name was Kori and she did an excellent job

I want to start out by saying that I'm not arguing about the quality of the work performed. My garage door was fixed and the work appears to be acceptable. My anger comes from what I was charged, twice what I should have been. I do have to partially blame myself though because I should have done my research before hand. Over the weekend the garage door to our 2-car garage stopped working. It turned out that the spring had snapped inside the pipe running above the garage door. Apparently, my system is known as a Torque Master, or something like that, and is a cheap system. Well, I needed new springs and the other stuff that comes with it. The technician, Marcus, quoted my $800. Wow, I thought. More than I had expected but Precision is a large, reputable firm so that must be the going rate and we need the garage door working. I couldn't even get the door to open the way it was. So I told Marcus to proceed. Marcus fixed the door and everything is working great. The bill came to $749 - see attached photo. After he left I decided to research online a typical cost for this type of work and to call around to other local companies. I was surprised to find prices ranging from $150 to $350. I was extremely upset to find out that I had been charged easily twice what this work would typically cost. Stay away from Precision Garage Door is my advice.

The technicians were friendly, professional & thorough. They were actually early and gave me the 30 minute heads up call I had requested. We were having problems with our garage door opener and had bought a new one but found we needed help with the installation. I called in the morning and they gave me a same day appointment. When they were done they went over everything and made sure I was happy (which I was) I would highly recommend this company. 5 Big Ole Stars!!!!!

The technician, Cori, called in advance to let me know she was leaving. Once at my house, she was professional and friendly. Cori explained what she was going to do, and once she was done, she explained what she had done.
