We were trapped without use of our cars, as the spring broke on our garage door. Couldn't even disengage it and manually lift the door. My experience with Precision today was absolutely incredible. I discovered that my garage door spring was broken, called them at 12pm and by 3pm it was repaired for a fair price. We had to have a garage door overhaul, multiple broken parts & all this during Covid! There were unavoidable delays due to parts being back ordered but Precision worked with one of their customers that only had a leaking window on their garage panel &’was willing to let us have their panel that came in before ours! We were so thankful for this because we couldn’t open our garage @ all. Our fixed door & new springs & rollers work beautifully & glide so quietly now. We’re very happy!
