The technicians were friendly, professional & thorough. They were actually early and gave me the 30 minute heads up call I had requested. We were having problems with our garage door opener and had bought a new one but found we needed help with the installation. I called in the morning and they gave me a same day appointment. When they were done they went over everything and made sure I was happy (which I was) I would highly recommend this company. 5 Big Ole Stars!!!!!

The technician, Cori, called in advance to let me know she was leaving. Once at my house, she was professional and friendly. Cori explained what she was going to do, and once she was done, she explained what she had done. Also, the Precision app showed a picture of the technician and allowed me to track her as she traveled to my house. Overall, this was a positive experience.

Five stars all the way for these guys. My garage door was installed by a true craftsman, who did an impeccable job. The old door was hauled away and the jobsite left nice and clean. Door works quietly and smoothly, looks great and improves the value of my townhouse. The price was competitive, but I no longer shop for garage door specialists. Precision is the only one I call. The job will be done right!

We had a torsion spring break suddenly and I chose Precision Door for the repairs based on the reviews...I was not disappointed. The technician (Randy Swann) was courteous and professional and provided me with 3 options before beginning any work. He explained each option thoroughly and based on the information, I chose to go with a full overhaul due to the age of the current door hardware and the fact that it offers me a full lifetime warranty for really not much more that the cost of just replacing the torsion springs. The door is operating quietly and smoothly again. Thanks again Randy and Precision Door!

He was here in the time frame given to us, in fact, our time frame was 4 PM to 6 PM and he was here after 4 PM. Very professional and an asset to your organization. Re-oiled everything and it is working good now. Any problems would be sure to call you as you redid our other garage door a few years back. So again highly recommend.

you guys installed a new door for me a few years ago and I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed by your people. Our garage door broke in the morning...my wife called around 8:00 am and the technician (Randy Swann) was there by 12:00 (same day). Randy was fantastic and was able to get the garage working again. He was very knowledgeable and was a huge help. I thought the cost for the repairs would be extremely high but upon completion of the repairs, I was told I owed nothing. This was due to the life time warranty I purchased on a previous repair/overhaul job a few years ago. This is a standup company and I would recommend to anyone looking to either add, repair or replace any garage door equipment.
