Two comments: -$20 energy surcharge + service call fee - gas a lowest price in two years. Should be part of service fee. -My second spring was not broken but I agreed to replace unit - cost for second spring should be reduced because torsion bar and end pulley had to be removed to replace broken spring.

I must say I am really happy with the service I received. I called at 3:30PM on Tuesday and spoke with a friendly receptionist who told me someone would call me between 4 and 6 to service my garage door. The door would not completely close and it was 18 degrees outside! At 4 o'clock, I received a call from Tim. He said he would be here in 20 minutes. And he was. He thoroughly looked over things and told me it could be one of three things. He was very efficient and had the problem diagnosed and remedied within the hour. AND he didn't charge me. I believe he was the technician who originally installed my door in 2013. He said the parts he replaced were no longer under warranty, but that he would replace them without charge. I was very happy to have my door fixed in such an efficient manner and not charging me was a bonus!

Hello, The webpage was very nice....almost too much to believe, but I did notice the BBB symbol......and we decided to try your service. We are older and have seen too much false advertising through-out our lives that didn't live up to the initial presentation. I must say that we are greatly impressed with your company and especially the tech, Tim, who came to our house. He was polite, knew what to do, answered all of our questions and presented choices fairly. We did decide to go for the little upgrade(new springs and ball bearing rollers) beyond the initial gear replacement call. He is a '5' star employee. Dan, Tim worked steadily and is very good. I was in a panic when I didn't have a clue why my garage door wouldn't open until a neighbor was kind enough to come over to check it out. He told me the spring was broken and there would be no way to get my car out of the garage. (This was on a Sunday evening around 4:40PM) He recommended Precision Garage Doors and when I called, Theresa was very helpful, sent an email to confirm and a photo of the technician assigned to arrive between 6-8PM. He called and arrived within a half hour, went over the repair and costs and took less than an hour to make the repair...I am VERY satisfied and will use them in the future.
