Aaron is an excellent representative for Precision. He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Although I only needed a new garage door opener installed, he checked the operation of my door and found that it seemed a little heavy. Within a couple of minutes, he tightened the spring and was on his way. Technicians like Aaron reinforce that I chose the right garage door company in the first place.

I called Precision with a broken garage door emergency on a Sunday afternoon. We could not get our cars out of the garage.They promptly arrived shortly thereafter to replace the broken spring. The technician that came to my home was Aaron Marks. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Just bought a new house. This was my first dealing with precision. Placed a service call and had a technician out the same day. Prompt service. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had 2 broken garage door springs and an opener issue. Al Holst came out in the evening and fixed everything that night. He was very professional and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Everything was fixed right the first time and my garage door is much quieter than ever. I would recommend Al for all your garage door repairs.

I think Tim was our serviceman. He was great. We called one day and he was there the next...when he was supposed to be (and at at time that worked for us)! No waiting forever or taking off work for an 8:00 a.m. window. He was personable and gave us a detailed overview of the problem and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in about an hour or so and the price was reasonable. We were about as pleased as you could be with the service we got from Precision. We will use them again if we need it and recommend to friends.

I had my garage door break and it would not close, I called on a Sunday and Marcus from the company came out. He was very friendly and helpful, he was able to get the door shut and he worked with me to get a new door ordered. When it came to the installation Justin came out to put up the new door. He was very nice and a good worker. He got the door up in a great timing. It looks beautiful! I would recommend this company to everyone. I'm very happy with the service and the workers.

I got an appointment with a technician the same day I called and was given a 2 hour window which was very convenient. The technician (Aaron) did an EXCELLENT job and was able to completely redo all the hardware on my door in about an hour. My door works like new and I still can't get over how quiet it is now. Great job - would definitely recommend Aaron and Precision to anyone.
