Technician was quick and did quality work. However the price was extremely expensive and I wouldn't use them again. Paid $700 to replace the spring and two side rollers and about an hour's work.

Chuck Hummel and Jason Drylie did a fantastic job installing my garage door. They were very polite, worked very well together and certainly didn't waste a minute. Also, Marcus Martin - who worked on my estimate - answered all my questions adequately and clearly explained what the technicians would be doing when they installed the door. I appreciated the concern they had in being very careful not to damage my newly replaced concrete driveway. Thank you for storing my new door in your warehouse and not installing it until my driveway was replaced.

This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I called at 9am because my garage door would not completely close. They gave me a choice of 3 different times in which they could come. The technician was Jason Drylie...very friendly and spotted the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any problem.

David Miller was courteous technically competent and efficient. Gave me his solution pointed out a weakness where we should have had 2 springs for such a large door. Presented the quote and it was fair. ACCEPTED THE WORK AND DAVID FIXED THE DOOR WITH NEW SPRINGS. Can't recall the name of the technician, but he was a little younger, dark hair and kind of a beard -- lives in Connellsville. I liked him a lot. He was pleasant, sociable and appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. He is a good employee.
