I had my garage door break and it would not close, I called on a Sunday and Marcus from the company came out. He was very friendly and helpful, he was able to get the door shut and he worked with me to get a new door ordered. When it came to the installation Justin came out to put up the new door. He was very nice and a good worker. He got the door up in a great timing. It looks beautiful! I would recommend this company to everyone. I'm very happy with the service and the workers.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quick and courteous service that I received from Precision. I got an appointment with a technician the same day I called and was given a 2 hour window which was very convenient. The technician (Aaron) did an EXCELLENT job and was able to completely redo all the hardware on my door in about an hour. My door works like new and I still can't get over how quiet it is now. Great job - would definitely recommend Aaron and Precision to anyone.

The service man was very courteous and called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. While on site, he was professional and it appears that he did an excellent job. He offered other services they could provide, bit did not push beyond my first " no thank you". In my case, they were able to come out the next day, even when I called on a Sunday. I did not give five stars be/c precision was about 20-30% more expensive then local servicemen. I don' t know their quality, though, since I used precision.

They were able to solve my remote control door opener problem for a reasonable price. Pleasant employees and gave me reminder calls, even came early. Also took care of a safety issue. Really cared about me as a customer. Also had discounts which helped me a lot at this time.

The guy (Tim?) who came out to do estimate the repair convinced us that we needed new (47 year old) garage doors. We are glad he did as the new ones are so much lighter and cleaner and quieter! then the guy (I forget his name) was super efficient and installed them all by himself. VERY impressive. He informed us of all the things we needed to know. We are very satisfird and our neighbors are also impressed. I have been seeing your little ad in Val Pack for a couple of years and that is how we became familiar with your products and services after I called your number.

These doors were purchased as a surprise for my husband, and everyone at Precision cooperated fully to make sure he didn't find out. The doors were installed as promised and they look wonderful. I would rate 4 and a half stars, only because the installer was a little late for the appointment, and consequently was not finished in time when my husband returned home. The installer was courteous, and cleaned up well afterwards. We were pleased with the whole experience.

Jason Drylie called before arriving and was right on-time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and resolved the issue within minutes. He also adjusted the tension of the door when closed as to prevent a gap at the top of the door. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He deserves a 5 star. Technician was quick and did quality work. However the price was extremely expensive and I wouldn't use them again. Paid $700 to replace the spring and two side rollers and about an hour's work.

Chuck Hummel and Jason Drylie did a fantastic job installing my garage door. They were very polite, worked very well together and certainly didn't waste a minute. Also, Marcus Martin - who worked on my estimate - answered all my questions adequately and clearly explained what the technicians would be doing when they installed the door. I appreciated the concern they had in being very careful not to damage my newly replaced concrete driveway. Thank you for storing my new door in your warehouse and not installing it until my driveway was replaced.

This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I called at 9am because my garage door would not completely close. They gave me a choice of 3 different times in which they could come. The technician was Jason Drylie...very friendly and spotted the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any problem.

I think Tim was our serviceman. He was great. We called one day and he was there the next...when he was supposed to be (and at at time that worked for us)! No waiting forever or taking off work for an 8:00 a.m. window. He was personable and gave us a detailed overview of the problem and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in about an hour or so and the price was reasonable. We were about as pleased as you could be with the service we got from Precision. We will use them again if we need it and recommend to friends.
