Had a broken door brace-- pulled right out of the concrete ceiling on Sat. nite. The door was just hanging there. The repairman arrived @ 11 pm & had the door repaired before midnight. Chuck Hummel installed a new garage door in my home in very cold temperatures. He never complained and was very neat and professional during the installation. He also disposed of the old door. I could not have asked for a better installation. The new metal patterned door replaced an old cracked wooden door. The new door is beautiful and operates perfectly.

Our garage door opener stopped working on a Saturday during the winter. George from Precision came on the following Monday and performed the repair quickly. He was professional and friendly, and did a nice job. There was a followup visit also for a related issue, but we were not charged for that since it was a quick fix. Precision is always reliable and fair. I recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

My car was trapped in the garage by one broken cable, and having just received injury to my back I was not in the position to raise the door by hand. Hence the prompt service early in the day was vital. Service provided repairing the damage and adjusting the mechanism plus fitting the security cables for this and the adjoining bay was completed promptly. Much appreciated.

Precision actually scheduled an appointment and sent a service tech out a few months after the installation just to make sure everything was installed and working properly without me asking. It was, but they wanted to verify that everything was good. Who else does that? It made me feel good that I chose Precision even though I had lower bids when I was buying the garage door. They really are the best.

I came home from work one evening and my garage door cables broke in the process of closing. I attempted to close it but hand but was unable to manually close it. Since it was a very cold February night, I was hoping to get the door fixed as soon as possible. I called Precision at 7:30 PM and they said they could come out that night and fix it. One of their representatives called me at 9:00 and said he would be there in the next 30 minutes. Tim arrived and promptly fixed my garage door. He was friendly, professional and made sure everything worked properly prior to leaving. He replaced the cables and the rollers which were the root cause of the issue. The door now works great. Based on the quick response, the work done and the final product, I thought the cost was reasonable, This was my first experience with Precision and based on the experience I have rated them 5 stars for the service they provided to me.

I followed the suggestion of the service tech that I called out for repair of a broken spring and had my garage door replaced with a new one . The new door was made in the time frame I was told and the installer arrived when scheduled and the the installation went without a hitch . The employees were very professional , neat and courteous . I was shocked to find, on the morning of New Year's eve,that my garage door opener was broken. I looked in the telephone directory and found the full page ad for Precision, noting that they were 'on call ' with a variety of service representatives. I called and was delighted to learn that a repairman could come between 10 and 12 that morning. Justin came ,after calling me when he was within 5 minutes of reaching my house. He assessed the damage and assured me that he could easily repair the opener, and he was able to open the door manually so that I could back my vehicle out of the way.
