I could not be happier with my new garage door opener or the service I received. I called at 8:00 on a Saturday night and they had someone at my home by 9:15. I needed a new opener because mine had broken just after I pulled into the garage and shut the door so I couldn't get out. Panicking I called them and they fixed everything and calmed me down. Glad I found them!!!

Spring snapped thanksgiving night ,ad George from precision come Friday to fix , ended up getting a 5 year warranty but paid very dearly for it. Was way more expensive than the last time I had work done for broken springs , that's why I bought the warranty because of the very dear price I paid but had to have it done. George did a quick and good job as far as I could tell

My 38 year-old solid two-car garage door needed a lot of much delayed maintenance work. Technician George Rosso arrived on-time, inspected my garage door and devised an honest and cost effective action plan. George completed the repairs and adjustments in a timely manner. Since the door had unique issues, George voluntarily returned a few days later to make sure the door was working properly without a charge. But my garage door developed a problem a week or so later. The company honored their warranty and dispatched George to make adjustments. I chose this company from the BBB website and I now understand how they earned the BBB's highest rating. Well done!

I'm giving 2 stars because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to let me know they couldn't perform the job unless my driveway was fixed. It's freezing outside, time is a pretty big factor. I really do appreciate the honesty which is a big reason I tried to be patient, but that answer should have been given to me on day one. Either tell me you can do the job or let me know you can't so I can get on with things and look else where.

Jason, the technician, arrived in a timely manner. He called in advance to tell me he was 10 minutes away from my neighborhood. More importantly, upon his arrival, he explained what was wrong with the garage door/ cable and proceeded with the repair. Afterwards he swept the debris and discarded it in the garbage can.

Great service! I discovered that my springs on my garage door had broken and I was sort of trapped. I looked up garage door service on the internet and found Precision. I immediately called and talked to a service rep who advised me that a service tech was in my area and probably would contact me within an hour. Well I receieved a call about 30 mins. later and the tech arrived about 30 mins. later. He acessed the damage and gave a price and all was repaired in less than an hour with a lifetime guarantee. I will reccomend Precision to all my friends. It was such a relief to have fixed to quickly and with no hassle. Excellent company as far as I'm concerned. Thank you.

5 Stars. Both the estimate done by Bill Jack and the installation done by Jason were very professional. Mr Jack explained what was needed to replace the existing garage door and what additional tasks like inserting a new mail slot were necessary. He also explained the existing Craftsman opener looked okay and probably would not need replacing. The finished installation looks and performs great. Everyone showed up on the time promised and cleaned the garage area after completing their work. Thanks to Precision for providing a quality product and delivering what was promised.

Had an estimate from a competitor, we were not quite comfortable with what they wanted to do. We called Precision and were surprised that on a Saturday Marcus came out. Marcus was very personal and gave us as much information he could. We called the competitor they never called back. We called Precision Tom came out went over everything answered all our questions even came back a second time. Chuck started the job on time and his workmanship is great very neat. Tom came did the framing everything looks great will recommend Precision to all !

The service was outstanding. Our door broke on a Saturday morning and I called to get an appointment as soon as possible, but expected the following week. Instead, I had the guy here and the door fixed within hours of calling. Plus the quality of the repair and parts was better than what we had. the repair men came at the time selected--on that very day--in the night and stayed almost 2 hours working on the garage. Highly professional men and very courteous. They explained everything that needed to be done. It cost a bit, but was worth the quick response and good work.
