Our technician was from Ohio, I think. He was excellent! Extremely informative, polite, and and got the job done perfectly. I also asked him about installing a lock on the outside of one of our garage doors for the times the electricity would go off. He was so generous with his knowledge and so helpful in showing me how to unlock the garage door. I was very happy that it turned out that he worked on our garage remote and door problems and I would be very pleased by his servicing our garage doors again and I would highly recommend him. They are available nights and weekends and do quality work. Tim arrived on time and performed a 25 point safety check and general maintenance on my garage door.
