I needed my keypad replaced on my garage door. I had recently bought the house and had never had the door serviced. Not only did Tim replace the keypad, he adjusted the door, oiled all the hinges, and advised me of what would need replacement in the future. He was professional, on time, and pleasant. I contacted Precision because one of my garage door springs and cables broke. I knew that I would need to have both springs and cables replaced. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages and noticed they have certified technicians and 24 hour emergency repair; plus they are a BBB Accredited Business. Chris Short the Certified Technician was ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier than expected (always a plus). In a short amount of time Chris was able to replace all the parts and have the garage door operating. The best part was Precision stands behind their Certified Technicians and parts with a Life Time Warranty.

MICHAEL WAS A GREAT INSTALLER AND EXPLAINED THE DOORS OPERATION WELL. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THE TOP PANEL, AS THERE IS AN IMBALANCE BETWEEN THE SIZE OF THAT PANEL AND PANEL BELOW.

Very professional and willing to do what needs to be done to get the job done although my door has not been installed yet. But the sales rep was very good and knowledgeable. So far so good.....I will be happy to do another survey once installation is complete.
