I was pleased with the technician and the service and arrival as scheduled, my only comment is when I called and inquired about the service fees, I was not advised of the so called fuel surcharge, I thought this was a bit misleading..as I was told the service fee was waived only after I was indicating I might go elsewhere, but nothing was said about the other charge...

The technician that came to our home was very professional and knowledgeable. He called prior to coming and was actually running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier than the time frame we were expecting him to arrive. While it has only been a couple of weeks since our repair work was done, we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend Precision to friends & family without hesitation.

The phone center receptionist was very good. Your response was within an hour, on a Sunday, the representative was incredible observant and found the real problem, all the parts were in the truck, and within 45 minutes the garage door was fixed.

My out of warranty keypad broke. The Service Technician arrived on time (in the evening, so he was on my schedule), charged me only for the keypad, and used a coupon to cover labor and a service on the door. While he was there, he also programmed my car to open my garage door. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the service.
