Very professional and willing to do what needs to be done to get the job done although my door has not been installed yet. But the sales rep was very good and knowledgeable. So far so good.....I will be happy to do another survey once installation is complete.

We had cable, springs, and rollers replaced on our garage door. Precision was on time (actually early!) for the scheduled appointment and replaced the parts needed. We couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the parts. Any future service will be performed by Precision!
