We had a spring break on our garage door on sunday the 29th and I called Precision as I had before when the same thing happened. They came within an hour and the door was fixed within 20 minutes. The technicians that came were very good ,gave me a written estimate and repaired the door opener. They also asked me if I wanted to change the door rollers because they were binding and causing the opener to work harder. They replaced the rollers and readajusted the door and it now works smoother than it ever did.

I chose precision because they were available 24/7 and I had an emergency. The operator set up my appointment for 11pm - 1am. Then, I received an email that said the technician would arrive at my home between 11pm-1145pm. My technician arrived 10 minutes early. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and very courtious. The customer service is very "customer friendly"!

If the star rating was only for the technican and the work performed it would be a 5 star but due to the fact I feel it was very expensive I am giving it a 3 star. If you don't mind paying extra I would definitely recommend them.
