Chris gave me a complete overall of my garage door. Before it shimmied & made lots of noise & sometimes opened because of the shimming. After replacing the rollers, springs & safety cables, it's quitter that it ever was. Atta boy Chris.

If the star rating was only for the technican and the work performed it would be a 5 star but due to the fact I feel it was very expensive I am giving it a 3 star. If you don't mind paying extra I would definitely recommend them.

Repair guy was great. Done fast. Friendly. Garage door is very quiet now. The price was unexpected, but when you are stuck in the garage what can you do. Plus, it now has a lifetime warranty so it seems worth it. Would call again.

Hi Dan, Your technician, Tim Kronenberger, did a great job in doing what I asked of him. I liked the 90 day warranty, that is a fair amount of time if something is to go wrong that might go wrong. In the event I need further servicing performed, I will surely call Precision. My only negative is the cost of the rollers, I felt that was a little steep, but the work and sound so much more quieter than what I had.
