The young man who came to our house repaired both of our remote openers in a few minutes - made sure they were working - and asked if there was anything else we needed done at that time. The repairman gave me a diagnosis of the problem which was the old garage door opener gears were bad and the circuit board was shot. He also said the garage torsion springs needed replaced and he could not replace the opener without replacing the worn springs.

We had a garage door emergency 5 days before Christmas. Precision was the first company I called and they responded immediately with an exact estimate and replacement suggestions. The personnel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring and had both doors replaced 2 days before the holiday! The technician also corrected several issues with our garage door openers. The service was exceptional and we are extremely thrilled with the new doors. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs and am very thankful to them for their prompt response to our issue.
