Dan, Justin arrived in a timely manner, and was very efficient in installing the new pulleys and rollers. This is the second time I've called your company, and would have given you 5 stars except for the "energy surcharge." It tells me nothing about what it is, nor why I was charged. I'm suspicious. Repair guy was great. Done fast. Friendly. Garage door is very quiet now. The price was unexpected, but when you are stuck in the garage what can you do. Plus, it now has a lifetime warranty so it seems worth it. Would call again.

Hi Dan, Your technician, Tim Kronenberger, did a great job in doing what I asked of him. I liked the 90 day warranty, that is a fair amount of time if something is to go wrong that might go wrong. In the event I need further servicing performed, I will surely call Precision. My only negative is the cost of the rollers, I felt that was a little steep, but the work and sound so much more quieter than what I had.

The young man who came to our house repaired both of our remote openers in a few minutes - made sure they were working - and asked if there was anything else we needed done at that time.
