Fantastic Service, Problem at 8.10am on a Saturday and service technician arrived at 11.30am, Broken spring diagnosed and 90 minutes later all was fixed. I was shocked at the cost but it needed to be fixed.

The repairman gave me a diagnosis of the problem which was the old garage door opener gears were bad and the circuit board was shot. He also said the garage torsion springs needed replaced and he could not replace the opener without replacing the worn springs.

We had a garage door emergency 5 days before Christmas. Precision was the first company I called and they responded immediately with an exact estimate and replacement suggestions. The personnel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring and had both doors replaced 2 days before the holiday! The technician also corrected several issues with our garage door openers. The service was exceptional and we are extremely thrilled with the new doors. We found your ad in the Murrysville yellow pages. Next day service was a selling point and also lifetime warranty than can be transferred in the event home is sold. Overhauled old system before new garage door openers were installed. Technician was polite, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

This is the second time that we had work performed from Precision, the first time was replacing our springs with a torsion spring. This time we had a new garage door opener installed.
