This is the second time that we had work performed from Precision, the first time was replacing our springs with a torsion spring. This time we had a new garage door opener installed. An appointment window of time was scheduled for the same day that I requested the repair service. The technician was prompt, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the door. He was also polite. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

The springs on my garage door failed on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and made an appointment for the next day (Sunday) in the morning. While replacing the springs Tim inspected all the door hardware and identified that the rollers were severely worn and potentially at risk. These were the original rollers (19 years). The replacement rollers are of higher quality and are much quieter. He also made adjustments on the door. He was thorough and efficient. I recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

I had a problem with my garage door going back up after closing it. Tim explained everything, was very efficient and friendly. Professional, courteous, customer oriented. We have used Precision twice now, for our garage doors. Both of our doors had broken springs and cables, 2 yrs apart. The technician looked over our doors, provided a detailed list of what services would be preformed and price. The work was done with in the time frame given, I was shown the work that was done and the parts that were removed. Since we had work done previously, our tech checked the previous work to make sure that it was still in good working order. Precision is a first rate company that provides quality, customer oriented service.
