I chose Precision from the ad in the phone book. I needed an emergency garage door repair. Your company personnel exceeded my expectations. An appointment window of time was scheduled for the same day that I requested the repair service. The technician was prompt, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the door. He was also polite. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

At this time I have no complaints. The service was very timely, Brian was very professional, courteous, and efficient. The repair (broken torsion spring) was successful and the door has never opened/closed as smoothly as it does now. Brian did a great job of picking and installing the correct springs. I chose Precision based on your Yellow Pages ad. I called several door repair firms and Precision was the most responsive and eager to help.

The springs on my garage door failed on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and made an appointment for the next day (Sunday) in the morning. While replacing the springs Tim inspected all the door hardware and identified that the rollers were severely worn and potentially at risk. These were the original rollers (19 years). The replacement rollers are of higher quality and are much quieter. He also made adjustments on the door. He was thorough and efficient. I recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

I had a problem with my garage door going back up after closing it. Tim explained everything, was very efficient and friendly. He replaced the rollers, adjusted the opener and everything is working fine now. I certainly would recommend Precision Doors to my family and friends. Thank you also for the prompt response. Professional, courteous, customer oriented. We have used Precision twice now, for our garage doors. Both of our doors had broken springs and cables, 2 yrs apart. The technician looked over our doors, provided a detailed list of what services would be preformed and price. The work was done with in the time frame given, I was shown the work that was done and the parts that were removed. Since we had work done previously, our tech checked the previous work to make sure that it was still in good working order. Precision is a first rate company that provides quality, customer oriented service.

Everyone within your company that I dealt with was very professional and courteous. I have to say that George Rosso is an outstanding service technician and a great person to work with.
